2023

a) Ana Paola received a commission from PARMA Recordings, USA, to compose ZIGGURAT for Tenor Saxophone, Marimba, Choir (SATB) and Fixed Media for an upcoming set of 3 CDs entitled BABEL with composers from USA, Italy, Cuba, Mexico, The Netherlands, China, Taiwan, South Africa.
b) Ana Paola received a commission from late Javier Alvarez to write Alēthea for Sinfonietta and become composer in residence at the Festival de Música de Morelia Miguel Bernal Jiménez. She will be writing a piece for Sinfonietta, premiered on July 6th at the Teatro Morelos.
c) The album CD MEXICAN LANDSCAPES, featuring HOPE OF DAWN for organ was officially released.

2022

a) Ana Paola’s piece (E)STIGMa: at One End of the Spectrum for 13 Instruments & Fixed Media, represented Mexico at the UNESCO’s International Rostrum of Composers in Italy in May 2022

b) Ana Paola was resident composer (Sept-Oct) at Cal Gras Artistic Residency, In Avinyó, Catalonia, Spain to write Ça pourrait être un rêve… for full Orchestra piece & Fixed Media.

c) December was the release of the album “New Music with Brahms Guitar, Volume 1″ by Joseph Ehrenpreis, featuring Ana Paola’s piece “Labyrinth” for 8-string guitar

2021

a) The double album CD SPECTRUM, featuring 6 études électroniques, was officially released. Produced by PHASMA MUSIC RECORDS and available at Naxos Direct.
B)Ana Paola’s music scores are now part of the BABELSCORES catalogue available at: www.babelscores.com
c) Ana Paola was selected to be composer in residence at the Mizzou International Composers Festival to write Spiraling Down the Rabbit Hole for Sinfonietta & Fixed Media to be premiered by the renowned ensemble Alarm Will Sound.
d) New commission for DUO Willinger to write a piece for Piano & Clarinet.
